As Norm approached retirement, he began searching for the right people to carry forward the mission of helping others with the same dedication and care he had always provided.

After an extensive search, Norm found Martha and James Rose. Sharing similar values and a commitment to putting others first, the Roses were longtime acquaintances through their church. Their mutual passion for serving others made them the ideal fit to continue the legacy of HireMax.

After thoughtful discussions, Martha and James decided to take on the mantle. However, they envisioned something more—an evolution of HireMax’s mission. This led to the creation of Enso Compass, a reimagined and expanded version of the original company, complete with a new name, a broader focus, and a clearly defined set of core values.
